Bring on the romance with the Philips Aqualight floating LED candle - this waterproof gizmo is perfect for recreating that candle ambience without the risk of calling your fire insurance agent in the middle of the night after seeing your beloved home being razed down to the ground due to a wayward flame. The flickering will probably look random enough to the untrained eye, but that is the least of one’s concerns I suppose. Turning it on/off is as simple as flipping it up and down, where a 10-hour charge yields up to 20 hours of illumination. $50 will net you a set of three this fall. I’d keep these out of reach of babies though as they might actually mistake this for a teat.

Things seem to be hotting up in Japan, or at least that’s what Thanko wants us to think with this new air-conditioned tie. Made out of standard fabric, it is connected to your computer via USB, where the power drawn will move the small fan located at the top of the tie to keep your neck feeling cool. I suppose this will work better in hot and humid countries, instead of dry areas. After all, having a cool breeze flow across your sweaty brow is definitely more than welcome - it helps you keep a cooler head so that you won’t ‘explode’ in front of others.

With so many new mobile phones being released you probably reach a point where you have no idea what each model has to offer and what features you would utilize the most. I can tell you that the MOTO Q music 9m is a great way to go if you’re seeking a multimedia experience on the go. Built for music, videos, photos, and social networking, I found this phone to be easy to use and smartly designed.
The MOTO Q music 9m by Motorola has much to offer in the way of “on the run” technology and if you’re a mom with a busy schedule or a corporate type with a non-stop need for communication, you will find this phone to be feature rich for your needs.
It includes Windows Mobile 6, a QWERTY keyboard, a large bright 2.4″ 320 x 240 TFT display with up to 65K colors, two home screens for multimedia and messaging (one for play and one for connecting with others), Wi-Fi connectivity and of course a camera. It supports Email accounts including Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! and AOL.
It was a nice size and had a matte finish with a hot red color for accent. I enjoyed using the MOTO for a few weeks and would recommend you look it up! It’s definitely for music lovers, so keep that in mind when you’re looking for a phone that can carry your tunes.

If you’ve watched NBC’s The Biggest Loser then you’re familiar with Jillian Michaels who is one of the trainers responsible for helping people get in the best shape of their lives. I need to get in shape, but I’m not convinced the Wii Fit will get me there with hoola hoopling and yoga. Lucky for Wii Fit owners, the game is about to get more challenging as Jillian gets closer to completing a new bootcamp themed game for the Wii Fit. The game is likely to be called Jillian Michaels’ Fitness Ultimatum 2009,” and according to FitSugar, it will be out in stores over the holiday season, just in time to work off those extra holiday pounds.

What you see here is an abomination, at least by my standards. After all, something so pink and yet fragile looking certainly won’t do the part of adding to your attractiveness if you’re of the male species, but females might find this to be a thoughtful gift from their man as it not only provides some light (You Light Up My Life comes into mind), but also doubles up as a pen holder and a speaker as well. Needless to say, being connected to the computer’s USB port would mean this device draws power from your PC, but you can also opt to throw in a trio of AAA batteries if a computer is not within the vicinity at the moment. Would you part with $13.99 for this?

ChipChick has recently reviewed the Kensington LiquidAUX Deluxe for iPhone and iPod mobile auxiliary car kit, and here’s what she has to say about it.
The LiquidAUX Deluxe for iPhone and iPod is a breath of fresh air away from FM Transmitters. If your car has an Auxiliary port, there is no reason to get an FM transmitter anymore. The LiquidAUX iPhone and iPod costs almost as much as a comparable FM transmitter but produces a better audio experience and is less of a hassle to operate. The inclusion of the detachable remote with steering wheel mount make the LiquidAUX Deluxe convenient, safe and a pleasure to use. The LiquidAUX Deluxe for iPhone and iPod retails for $99.99, comes with a 2 year warranty and is compatible with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen Nanos, the 4th and 5th gen iPods, the iPod Classic, the iPod Touch and the iPhone.
If you haven’t yet gotten an FM transmitter - good. There is no need for such a device with the Kensington LiquidAUX Deluxe.

I must admit that entry level point-and-shoot digital cameras these days are way better looking than their predecessors, but there is always room for improvement, right? Enter the Curventa concept digital camera - this one, should it be realized, could actually be as small as a lipstick. Inside you will find a scrollable (no doubt fragile) OLED touchscreen display (watch those newly manicured fingernails!) that makes it a snap to access all the relevant functions and controls. When not in use, the display will be rolled right back inside, making it convenient to store (and easy to lose, I might add). Other features include a wireless charging feature and an integrated DLP projector. Now that’s a little bit far fetched considering how much power you will need for a projector in a device this small, so I’ll return from fantasy and get back to the real world for the moment.

Tired after a long hard day at work? Let Aquavision soothe your stress away with its new range of waterproof HD LCD TVs. These will come in a bevy of sizes, since not everyone can afford to own a mansion that has a bathroom larger than my tiny apartment! Sizes of these new waterproof HD LCD TVs range from 17″ to a massive 57″, although I think something that large would be better off in the living room. The screens are all very slim and were specially designed to fit onto bathroom tiles, blending in without making a loud statement. Heck, it even comes with its own remote control so that you don’t have to get up from your soothing bath while changing channels. Depending on the size you want to bring home, this new Aquavision range will retail from £1,800 upwards, hitting a high ceiling price of £6,500.

Sony Ericsson has just rolled out a new cell phone - the F305 which will hit the Asian market, although I’m pretty sure that importing one over Stateside or to Europe shouldn’t be too much of a hassle should this be a worldwide handset. The F305 will be an entertainment handset, with games being at the top of its feature list compared to the previous Cybershot and Walkman series. Targeting the young (as well as the young at heart), the F305 cell phone will feature Motion Gaming, allowing a simple flick of the wrist or an arm swing to control the movement within the game, courtesy of advanced motion sensor technology within. Guess the Nintendo Wii has much more influence than I originally thought. Standard cell phone features such as Bluetooth connectivity, a 2 megapixel camera and a Memory Stick Micro slot are included. No idea on pricing, but it will come in polar white and mystic black colors sometime in Q3 2008.
