Amosu is no stranger to the world of luxury products, as they have come up with some pretty delectable concoctions in the past. Well, this time round they still cater to the uber rich - specifically those who own a Lamborghini in their garage. Hey, if you’re rich enough to fork out an insane amount of money for such an exotic beauty, I’m pretty sure you won’t mind signing off another £7,000 to secure Amosu’s services that helps bling up your car keys with a grand total of 183 diamonds that weigh a total of 2.02 carats, right? After all, it helps those car jockeys at posh places to know that while the rest of the Lamborghini owners have arrived, you’re the only one who did it in style.

Aurora British 6′ Pool Table

If your home is large enough, then you might want to spruce up that empty space with the Aurora British 6′ Pool Table. What makes this different from the regular pool tables that you see at the local tavern is the inclusion of LED lights at all six pockets - the blue glow will definitely make your pad THE place to hang out among your friends. After all, blue glows are always cool - who can forget about Nokia’s 8250 handset that came with blue LEDs, driving everyone wild with its revolutionary look and design? Amazingly enough, the Aurora not only lets you get your game of pool on (following British rules, of course), it also doubles up as a card table and can be converted into a dining table when necessary. The Aurora has standard dimensions as a commercial 6′ table, featuring similarly high quality cushions, too.

Automower relies on solar power to move
November 14, 2008 by BabyReaps

Everyone likes a nicely trimmed garden, but getting it done yourself is hard work. Most of the time, one’s inexperience will show through with uneven cutting and bald patches of grass here and there. Why not leave it to the professionals? In this instance, we have the Automower that is solar-powered. This means it will not only help turn your garden into a beautiful, flat and green surface (assuming you wire the lawn correctly as the Automower will use these wires as a reference point), it doe so without polluting our beloved environment. The price to pay for such luxury is a cool $3,100, but at least it comes with built-in kid and pet friendly features. It will take approximately 10 hours of direct charging under the sun to trim a quarter of an acre. The Automower is smart enough to run to its charging station each time it runs low on juice, so you will be able to leave it running loose in your garden with minimal supervision.

Wall-E arrives on iRobot Roomba 530
November 12, 2008 by BabyReaps
We all know just how cute Wall-E was during his run in the cinemas earlier this summer, and he has truly earned the title of being the cheekiest robot in the universe. After all, he had no inkling of what a bra is all about, right? Wall-E’s function in the movie is to collect and compress rubbish into a square, stacking those squares up nicely day after day without complain. Well, it makes perfect sense for Disney to tie up with iRobot with the new iRobot Roomba 530 Wall-E edition. Apart from the Wall-E sticker on it, it is but a standard Roomba 530, making me wonder why would anyone want to fork out $50 more compared to the standard Roomba 530, all for the sake of an additional sticker? Ah well, perhaps the limited edition run of just 400 units have something to do with it as it arrives in Japan this November 20th.

Unique saltshakers liven up mealtimes
November 8, 2008 by BabyReaps

Certain products that have been released to date was so obvious, I am pretty sure that some of us must be thinking to ourselves, “How come I didn’t think of this before?”. That is a question that can be painful to answer, especially when you’re short on cash and wished that your ancestors were the ones who invented the wheel so that you can sit back and collect royalties all day long (if only they had patented and copyrighted it, of course). Here is a couple of dining table accessories that will definitely resonate positively with any self-respecting geek - the P and S pepper and salt shakers. Obviously, the first alphabet of the respective condiments is denoted on top, so you don’t have to confuse yourself about a single hole or three containing either one or the other. Made from ABS plastic with a silicone base, they will cost around $17.

Savant releases Rosie Contemporary Remote
November 5, 2008 by BabyReaps

Remote controls aren’t exactly the most cutting edge device in your living room, but that doesn’t mean it cannot be given a tech facelift, right? Savant thought along the same line and have released its Rosie Contemporary Remote which offers a form factor which is far different from that of the regular rectangular design which we’re so used to. This remote comes with a variety of control options, imitating an iPod somewhat. The On Screen home control menu puts the Rosie Contemporary Remote a cut above the rest, allowing you to use just your thumb to scroll through a variety of lighting, audio/video, security, and thermostat controls among others. Hard buttons located on the side of the touch sensitive scroll wheel can also be programmed to work with a bunch of other functions. These remotes don’t come cheap though, retailing for $400 a pop, and if you’re feeling a little bit more flush than normal due to your unexpected windfall at Vegas last weekend, there is the $3,800 option that nets you a model with On Screen Display.

Baby onesies with a tech slant
November 4, 2008 by BabyReaps
New tech-inclined parents will definitely find this particular range of baby onesies to be extremely cute, as it comes with a “Diaper Loading…Please Wait” print on the front. Unlike sitting in front of a desktop when we’re happy that a particular program is fully loaded with the progress bar completing its given range, a loaded diaper is not exactly friendly when it comes to one’s olfactory sense. Ask any new parent and they’ll relate the experience of changing diapers to you with a crinkled nose. Still, you’ll be able to show off your tech inclination to the world with your little one wearing this $15 garment each time you and your family head out for a nice dinner. Well, we humans do follow the GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out) pattern even in adulthood, right?

Victor unveils Multi-Kill Electronic Mouse Trap
November 4, 2008 by BabyReaps
Rodents are pests that most people revile, and that’s mainly because they do not come in a furry cuteness like Remy in Ratatouille. Somehow, mouse traps don’t seem to work their magic anymore these days, and I’m pretty sure that some of us have experienced the bait being taken without any carcass to dispose of the next day. With the new Victor Multi-Kill Electronic Mouse Trap, that could soon change. Touted to be “the fastest, easiest, most effective solution available”, this fully automated mouse trap claims to remove a rodent infestation in a single night - pretty tall claims, eh?
Designed for superior interaction, the new Victor Multi-Kill Electronic Mouse Trap has two points of entry via the lab-tested staircase design which lead mice into the Shock N’ Drop Chamber. This chamber’s patented 3-plate design senses the mouse’s presence and sends a high-voltage shock to kill rodents in less than 3 seconds at a 100% kill rate guaranteed! This means no escapes, ever! After the mouse expires, the Shock N’ Drop Chamber rotates, dropping the mouse into the collection drawer and then resets, ready to kill again. It’s this technology that allows the Victor Multi-Kill Electronic Mouse Trap to dispatch up to 10 mice per setting.
Each Victor Multi-Kill Electronic Mouse Trap comes with a built-in safety switch that will deactivate automatically whenever the lid is left open. A set of batteries can kill up to 150 rodents before requiring a replacement.
