Motorola has released the Motopure H12 which utilizes CrystalTalk 2-microphone technology which works to cancel any outside noise and make your voice clear to listen to for your callers. The speakers that are incoming offer multiple choices of cushions so that you can pick the best fit.

The Motopure H12 is small and has a great look. The sleek design of the H12 impressed me and the light fit made it easy to forget that I had the bluetooth on my ear. With a talk time of 5.5 hours and a boasted standby time of 200 hours, the H12 is certainly easy to add to your list of wants, and will keep you mobile at your busiest times.

The Motopure has an automatic low power mode and LED light to help you keep up with your battery use. An easy to use USB charger and dock kept the H12 powered up when not in use and I loved the ability to answer, end, reject, mute and hold calls with the touch of a button. The Bluetooth Class 2 wireless technology is a must-have and the range of the headset is up to 33 feet.

Overall, a great experience with easy charging, light wear and easy-to-hear conversations.

Well, what happens with all that swinging around during a workout that you could actually harvest kinetic energy generated so that they can be used to power a portable device like a cell phone or iPod instead? Researchers already have data on the physics of breast motion over the past 20 years, and these results were mostly used to design a more comfortable sports bra. What if that same data could be studied and developed further for a kinetic energy harvesting bra? That’d be really something, but it does require the lady wearing one to be pretty well endowed.

Apparently, Estee Lauder has done their research, coming to the conclusion that there is a ‘relationship between vibration, length, volume, separation and curl’. No hairy cracks at that statement please, but the final result would be the impressively named “Turbolash All effects Motion Mascara”. It is able to vibrate at 125 micropulses per second and cannot be purchased anywhere else but at Saks fifth Avenue this coming July 17th. Will you line up for one of these $30 gizmos?

But hey, you’re a Techie Diva, so you might as well roll like one with a battery-operated mascaras from Lancome or Estee Lauder. Both are releasing buzzing brushes that vibrate to fill your lashes with black stuff and make your eyes ooze sexiness. Estée Lauder is debuting the TurboLash All-Effects Motion Mascara this summer at Saks for $30, and Lancome is releasing theirs until the fall under the name Ôscillation. These two brushes have tiny motors in the brush’s handle that will micro-oscillate when you squeeze them. Yes, I didn’t think things could micro-oscillate either, but Ôscillation does even up to 7,000 times per second. Something about vibrating brushes and eyes makes me feel a bit nervous but if you have steady hands, give it go, and come back to tell us. Maybe we’ll develop some courage between now and then.

Well apparently this pair of platforms do - featuring embedded working Gameboys that can actually be removed so that you will be able to get a spot of gaming in. Available only in Japan, they definitely don’t look like the most comfortable piece of footwear around, but at the very least you can keep yourself occupied while waiting for the train, right? Unfortunately, this would’ve been all the rage if it came out in the early 90s where the Gameboy is all the rage, but with the DS and PSP reigning as portable champions now, this would be best left alone in the museum.

Similarly, it comes encased in a softly brushed metallic body that has a hairline pattern, measuring a mere 9.9mm in thickness which will definitely make it a hit with those who are looking after the latest technology in the slimmest form factor possible. Other notable features consist of Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, a 3 megapixel camera with LED flash, an Office document viewer/editor (no idea how much work can you actually get done there), 1GB of internal memory and a microSD memory card slot. No word on how much it will cost, but the Soulb will hit Germany early next month followed by countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America. What about those of us living in the north?

I wonder whether there is a male version of such a fashion concept - perhaps we have peacocks strutting around in their full glory whenever we see a bird that we like?

The LEDs themselves are powered by a built-in battery, and another plus point I can think of wearing a pair such as these would be the ability for women to find whatever they want in their handbags when watching a movie. France’s Lux et Deco will be selling these LED gloves for $45 a pair.

Boosting sales in a time where the economic crunch is hitting everyone hard is a noble idea, but I don’t think you would actually sell that many handsets to make a difference to your bottom line if you’re going to price it anywhere from €3,500 and above, depending on the amount of luxurious items such as diamonds you decide to add onto it. Will you be picking up a Christian Dior branded phone, or be more than content with your 3G iPhone?

I leave it to you to judge whether Samsung’s Yepp T10 is special enough to receive the new “Art Nouveau” design in the form of the “La Fleure Special Edition”. The changes are not only external, as this 4GB digital audio player sports a new GUI to match this special edition’s concept, along with a 2″ QVGA screen, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, Samsung DNSe 2.0 technology, double bass, improved EQ, FM radio, and Samsung Media Studio (SMS). It will probably retail around 90€ for this.
