Sony goes for the jugular this time round where your bank balance is concerned with a couple of 4K projectors that will utilize Sony’s own SXRD technology. Both the SRX-T110 and SRX-T105 are able to deliver a resolution of 4,096 x 2,160, which is four times more than what current High Definition resolution offers (1,920 x 1,080). Courtesy of the two liquid crystal on silicon projectors found on both offerings, they are able to deliver a contrast ratio of 2,500:1, with a brightness of 5,500 lumens to 11,000 lumens for the SRX-T110 and SRX-T105, respectively. With such high resolutions being projected, you can hook up to a quartet of displays with each split screen delivering High Definition video from four sources. Both SRX-T110 and SRX-T105 will be out this November, retailing for $114,000 and $71,000, respectively.
