Pi 8 Speed Electric Bicycle

Posted on 10 August 2008 by BabyReaps

What you see here might not look like a conventional bicycle, and that’s because it isn’t. You can use it as an ordinary, gas-free mode of transport whenever you want to sweat it out, or switch over to full electric mode when the going gets too tough for you, especially when tackling those challenging uphill slopes. In full electric mode, it is able to run for up to 30 miles at a maximum speed of 20mph. Alternatively, those who want to remain within the middle line can opt for pedal assist, increasing your range to 100 miles with a 3 to 5 hour recharge. Of course, you can get a cheap, second hand car for this Pi 8 Speed Electric Bicycle as it costs a whopping $5,500, but think of all the gas you’ll save in the long run, not to mention the amount of exercise you’ll get out of this thing.
