Check out the Muscle Tone Garment that ought to help all you couch potatoes to get up and moving. Available from Japanese sportswear maker Asics, they are supposed to help you tone your muscles while you’re exercising. Since they’re made of elastic materials, your muscles will be pulled together whenever you work those muscles. Take the upper body version for example, your shoulder blades will be pulled toward the spine to correct your posture while the lower body version ensures your butt and thighs will looks as good as they possibly can (results may vary, depending on your current body shape and size of course). There are a total of eleven different versions to choose from, with even those made out of mesh for sweltering summers.
