No! Twitter is all wrong! Jaiku is the way to go!
Alright.. You take twitter, add the ability to comment on people updates, add a feed aggregator, and take away the private messages, that would probably ruin a greeeat community-feel.. Now add a bit of pale green, and you’ve got Jaiku!

It’s alll about Netvibes. Total aggregation IS community and communal without adding another system of communication they have to adopt. I think users get turned off my making something explicitly about “community” these days.
