Suntan lotion? Check. USWeekly? iPod? Check. Check. Juice Bag? Say what?? When I first saw it I thought, nice idea. Those darn iPods and cell phones die all the time. But then I realized this is a beach tote that’s supposed to carry my gossip mags (gotta stay current with those Hollywood scandals), my beach stuff, and a few snacks when I head down to the beach. Why the heck does it need to recharge gadgets I’m supposed to leave at home? Ok, maybe I need to keep that iPod juiced, but is it worth buying a solar tote bag that’s $250? I don’t think so. But if you’re a wired diva who needs her Blackberry by her side, then by all means check it out. You can order yours at Reware. [via Chip Chick]

Japanese gals have a cool sense of style, and from the looks of it, they’re moving into diode fashion. Spulch spotted this light emitting dress they say will be available in Japan at the end of the year, just in time for the holidays. Whether the dress is a fashion statement or a costume to celebrate Christmas is anyone’s guess, but I’ll say it makes a great Christmassy outfit. Whaddya think?

Bill and Hillary Clinton spoofed the Sopranos’ finale to announce the winning song selected by users for her campaign. Celine Dion’s "You and I" was the winner, but nobody seemed to care about the choice when Bill and Hill caused quite a ruckus with their spoof video. It’s actually pretty funny, if you’re familiar with the Soprano’s finale (and who isn’t?).

It’s no surprise that when some of us get behind the wheel, everything we learned in Sunday school goes out the window, but do we really need another set of commandments? Apparently the Vatican felt they needed to get with the times, and has issued another "Ten Commandments for Drivers" because driving can bring out "primitive behavior in motorists, including impoliteness, rude gestures, cursing, blasphemy, loss of sense of responsibility, or deliberate infringement of the highway code." Say what??? Alright, some of them are expected like don’t drink and drive, pick up prostitutes on your way home, and you better not paint your car pink with Hello Kitty faces all over, but they forgot to mention people shouldn’t talk on the phone or text while driving. That’s a real danger. Or how about obeying their GPS overlord when it’s clearly leading them over the edge of a cliff? Well at least we’re getting somewhere here. Read the commandments after the jump… Via CNN

Can your expensive Jimmy Choos convert to flats at the push of a button? I didn’t think so. But Sheila’s Shoes do. The backstory here is eSure is a UK car insurance with a division for women called Sheila’s Wheels. According to the pinkified website, over 80% of female drivers in Britain wear high heels or flip-flops when driving, which is a no-no, so they created a fancy stilletto that stows the heel inside the sole. I like it. Two shoes for the price of one should be the standard. I wonder what they’ll do when they find out women also like to gab on the phone, as well as text when they’re driving. Can’t wait to see what they come up with.

Geeksugar spotted this punk rock lapdesk from Because We Can who custom makes each lapdesk. The Flaming Heart Lap Desk is decorated with plush fake fur on the outside, and filled with buckwheat husks on the inside. Each lapdesk features a soft sanded acrylic non-slip surface to keep your laptop in place. They’re absolutely adorable, but at $80, I’d rather stick to my iLap for Mac.

Forget the iPhone, the Prada Phone, or whatever other cool phone is out there. The other 2% of you living the glam life, shouldn’t have to stand in line for an iPhone, when you can walk right into any Vertu store to get yourself a limited edition Vertu phone. Celebs such as Madonna, Gwyneth, and Victoria Beckham already carry one their purse. Vertu’s latest signature phone is called the Vertu Pink Diamond because it’s embedded wth tiny pink and white diamonds (real ones), paved in flower patterns. To complement it’s rosy color, the phone is made of rose gold. It’ll be available in limited quantities in Vertu stores worldwide, and the good news is this phone won’t require an overnight campout.
