Keep your feet warm with a…powerbrick?

Things can and will definitely get deathly cold when winter falls upon us, which is why it is essential to have a proper heating system in your home in order not to freeze your butt off. For those Scrooges who want to scrimp on their heating, they can always do work on their laptop and using the powerbrick to keep their feet warm. This is definitely a novel idea chanced upon by Clement Eloy who has taken a pair of slippers, throwing in a powerbrick sized slot inside to keep your toes warm and toasty despite the freezing temperature outside.

The downside to this solution is the inability to control the exact temperature that you need. I wonder whether the same concept can be applied to a desktop computer, channeling hot air from the fan just behind the power supply to your feet to keep you warm. Alternatively, there is nothing better than a warm blanket, a mug of hot chocolate, and a cat curling up at your feet while purring away as you hold a good book in your hand.
