Carpal Tunnel is a bitch. I don’t know anyone who needs to wear bandage for more than a day, but if you need to relieve some of that blogger/typing stress, check out these fashionable Healer bandages. You’ll have to order them from Italy, but that’s also part of the cool factor allure. You can even get shiny silver clips to match. Via Core 77

Shiny Shiny found a cool gizmo that joins Internet assistants such as the Nabaztag Wi-Fi bunny. Belle is a one-eye/ three-legged alien who’s quick to relay your 10-second message once she spots a passerby or intruder. She has a motion sensor that’s triggered if anyone get within its sensor radius (1 meter). You can record a funny message with her hidden mic to scare the heck out of anyone trying to read your email. Yes, it’s truly silly, but so are all the other toys that sit on your desk, at least this one has something to do besides taking up space.

Mimoco released Darth Vader a few weeks ago as the first in the Star Wars Mimbot series. Today the second Star Wars mimobot announced was Chewbacca. The limited edition USB/collector toy flash drive will be available in 1GB-4GB starting at $80. You can preorder yours now, but you won’t be getting it until January. Can you guess who the other two Star Wars Mimbots will be? I’m hoping Yoda is one of them. Maybe even Obi-Wan Kenobi. Who do you think is next?

AngelKey holds your medical information on a nice compact USB device in case of emergencies. This will be far more useful than the ICE function so many talk about on cellphones.

This USB device will automatically ’snap open’ to your Blotter when plugged into a USB port on a computer. Placing emergency medical information on this device will serve to save your life in cases not planned for.
Utilizing an interview prior to signing up allows you to answer medical questions in regards to your history and other important information. Including your photo, blood pressure information, medications you are currently taking, allergies, chronic or acute medical conditions that exist and much more.
You can choose the USB device or a printed page with this information. I’m especially interested in the USB device and seeing it be used more often if possible. I think this is another step, not to replace the bracelets in case of allergies or conditions. This gives more information and in-depth care possibilities. I can see it being used broadly very soon.

You can take the party with you, if you’re willing to lug around the Ion iPa03 PA system which docks an iPod, and comes equipped with a microphone so you can protest ’seal clubbing’ on any street corner. Surprisingly, the system runs on rechargeable batteries which last over six hours. The system conveniently, has a retractable handle and wheels, so you can also roll it to your neighbor’s house if his next Halloween party needs a little music.
"Broadcast your iPod anywhere, anytime with the professional line level output and high sound fidelity. Compatible with all iPods with universal docking connector. The iPA03 is perfect for music on the go. You’ll find it at seminars, fitness instruction facilities, outdoor musical and sporting events and even in a one-man band." Via Ministry of Tech

"Fashion to wear your entertainment" is the tagline that Urban Tool uses to describe their product. This smart fabric interface shirt has all the controls you need to enjoy
your iPod, on a personal level, and enjoy watching others as they pay attention to your personal choices.
Is it really personal anymore? This is definitely for the iPod user that says, "HEY, LOOK AT ME" while listening to their chosen genre’ of music. Washable and compatible with the iPod, iPod mini and the iPod nano. Looks interesting and…well, much like the clothes you see in science fiction movies.
Take a peek.

Sony has announced their new Micro Vault now has double the capacity at 8GB. With
8GB native storage capacity, this baby will hold either over 2,000 MP3’s, 2,000 high def. images, 20 hours of MPEG4 video and includes a pre-installed Virtual Expander. This compression software lets you store up to three times more data. This certainly increased the capability of the Micro Vault ‘Midi’ series.
The 8GB model also includes a retractable USB connector port which keeps you from trying to handle and keep track of a lid. I always lose mine… The LED indicator is built into the slide button to make this an even sleeker design.
Sounds like the storage media of today is going to be climbing the GB ladder, so to speak.

Target stores have just released an illuminated Wii gift card that will have you buying it just for the "gadget factor". I can’t imagine something this thick actually being carried in a wallet, maybe a purse, but Target feels it’s worth marketing.
I have a feeling it will only be used by those of us that yearn for something different to hand over while paying for purchases.
