It looks mighty large for the average bedroom but this bed is chock full of sound.  With a 12-channel surround sound setup inside, it won’t bore you to sleep.  It has to be powered by 220-volts, much like your washer/dryer connections, but the good (or bad) news is that it’s not for purchase.

Featured in a museum I don’t think it will keep someone from actually creating such a gadget for the home.  Gizmodo has photos of how the bed was made in more detail.
