LG Chocolate Avaliable Aug 8th

The LG chocolate (aka LG KG800) is going to be available for US consumers in stores August 8th. Also according to CNet.com blog Verizon is going to allow online payment as of July 31.
If you haven’t heard about the LG Chocolate, it is part of LG’s new "Black Label" line that focuses on fashion.

The Chocolate is a sexy slider phone with music playback capability.  It can play Mp3, WMA, AAC+ & AAC++ (itunes).  It also has Bluetooth wireless headset (sold separately) and a 1.3 mega pixel phone.  Memory 512 for multimedia.  Other features: WAP 2.0, Java MMS, email, USB mass storage/ MPEG 4. Stand by time 200hrs & Talk time 3.5 hrs.PLUS!! V CAST video and music on-demand!!

$359 without contract, $249 with 1 year, and $199 for two years committed to the carrier. Nick
